Earth 2069 is a world transformed by rapid technological evolution. Clean energy, synthetic biology, and advanced AI have reshaped society, creating both opportunity and instability.
Among its greatest mysteries are Ghost Companies, faceless organizations that release illegal, untraceable technology far beyond modern limits. Their creations, known as Ghost Tech, appear without warning and vanish just as quickly. It's powerful, unpredictable, and highly sought after.
In the shadows, factions rise, black markets thrive, and those willing to risk everything search for access to something even greater: a way into Gaia.
Rumors suggest that the world of Gaia was born from a piece of Ghost Tech known as the Unlimited Engine. Created by Harada Sanosuke and his adopted son D, this peerless AGI was designed to build a virtual world, something they could explore and enjoy.
What it produced went far beyond expectation. Gaia is not just a simulation, but a full sensory world shaped by Great Primordial Spirits, filled with dangerous and alluring species, rival civilizations, unknown martial arts, and true magic.
